I want to rent a apartment from you
DON’T TRUST THEIR UPFRONT PRICE!! Or their accountability! This is a 3rd party company that contracts out. I rented a dumpster they contracted through someone else. I called them when I was finished with the dumpster and it took almost two weeks for it to be picked up. It ended up snowing twice and I was obviously charged for the snow and ice that accumulated in the dumpster. I called to inquire and I was told there was nothing they could do about it. GO STRAIGHT TO THE COMPANY THAT OWNS THE DUMPSTER.
This company is 1000% unprofessional and disrespectful!!! They are obviously bias and racist and seems like they are only open to help their people from the same background...PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT LET THEM GET AWAY WITH IT.. REPORT THEM TO THE HOUSING AUTHORITY SO THEY CAN BE REPLACED.....There is no excuse for them to treat people the way they do,and I'm pretty sure that's the reason they are not open to the public....the woman to woman hate needs to stop and just because I don't have latina/o background doesn't mean I DONT ... read more
All these places need to be remodeled and the price their asking is hilarious as the places are hillbillies. And the only places that have pictures are already rented out it's no wonder why no pictures are displayed for current available rentals
They are unprofessional and bias and retaliatory towards tenants who call building inspectors. The staff in completely disrespectful and never know when work orders will be done. They have no respect for anyone they rent to. Every one of their properties are infested with roaches rats and bed bugs. They do not inform you before you move in.
