Essentially this flat fee service is a scam because the husband/wife partnership essentially do next to nothing to actually sell your house because the reality is they have no incentive to. In fact, if you analyze their approach they don’t really want your house to sell because if it does then they have to do the purchase agreement, counteroffers, closing, etc. Which means actual work beyond taking pics and getting the house on the MLS and other real estate listing sites like Zillow.
