Of course we where their number one concern up until we signed the contract on the house we where planning on purchasing. It was a short sale but Daniel at affordable realty assured us that everything was already pre-approved threw the lender that owned the house. Well that was just not the truth. We spend thousands of dollars on inspections, surveys, and appraisals just to loose it all after the house appraised fifteen thousand dollars less then what we where told it was already appraised at.
