Be careful who you deal with – I rented an apartment from afforable realty back in march or 2009. I paid them the equvalent of one months rent. After I moved into the apartment they put a for sale sign on the house (dirty little trick) I called the agent and was assured I was safe. Two years later they sold the house and as unbelivable as it may sound the apartment I was renting was an illegal conversion.
