Since this realtor, Danielle, walked through my apartment 4 months ago I've been dealing with nothing but hell. She immediately was rude and harsh from the moment I met her. It started out with lies saying she was an insurance company and needed to see the apartment, then went from making demands to "re-word my lease", to making demands how she wants my home to look the next time she returns for the next showing for a potential buyer. This place has got be the worse with real estate staff, especially Danielle. They don't care about anything and will do anything, INCLUDE LIE about anything to make their commission. My poor mom was railroaded in spending way more than she can afford and when you try to give them a chance to make it right, they will go above and beyond to avoid you. Realtor's like this should be banned from doing sales. Doing business with these people will only make you sorry you did,

We didn't do our homework when we looked for a realtor and boy are we sorry. We just thought realtors work for you and they seemed so eager to want to help, at first I thought this was great! Boy were we wrong. We didn't read reviews and talked to different realtor companies before choosing this one. I feel our ignorance was taken advantage of in every way that they could.
