I really wanted to give this company a five star review. Especially because it was all their stellar reviews that led me to give them my business in the first place. In the end it came down to a complete lack of communication, scheduling issues and no shows of technicians with zero notice. To be fair, I will share that the owner responded to my first email sharing my dissatisfaction quite quickly as I was trying to give him a chance to make it right. Aden installed our Radon mitigation system and he did a great job! He was very communicative and helped me understand what radon was. I am very pleased with this company, and would recommend them to anyone who has high radon levels!
Drew and his helper arrived on time. Everything went well and is working. They cleaned the areas that they worked in. I need to wait a week before I can retest and see if the Ramon levels have dropped. I'm very satisfied with the work Drew and his helper did
