I really wanted to give this company a five star review. Especially because it was all their stellar reviews that led me to give them my business in the first place. In the end it came down to a complete lack of communication, scheduling issues and no shows of technicians with zero notice. To be fair, I will share that the owner responded to my first email sharing my dissatisfaction quite quickly as I was trying to give him a chance to make it right.
