What an awesome experience with this great young man. Excellent communication, careful respect of our home inside and outside , smooth navigation around my older mother, and dogs and cats of all sizes. I had an appointment scheduled for window cleaning today that was made a few weeks ago. I was asked to choose a time so I said 11:00 am. I received a text a few days later asking if I could reschedule between 12 and 1 instead. I agreed. I got my house ready for the appointment by moving furniture away from the windows, and my husband even took off all the screens.
