Terry owner of Affordable quality roofing and Joes contracting has very bad business practices. They use mix and match products which is not allowed and roofs do not qualify for warranties. All of there work is subbed out to other crews who don’t get paid and come back to houses knocking doors and causing homeowners headache. This is our second roof with AQR Ltd. We went for the reliable products and excellent service again! Crews were quick and friendly, all done in 3.5 days!
Terry from affordable quality and Joe’s contracting subcontracts out all of the roofing jobs. We have completed few jobs for him and all jobs he does not like to pay the sub crews. now he is owning almost $3,500 and is refusing to pay even though our work has no issues or deficiencies the jobs were completed almost a year ago. Now if he keep refusing to pay will lead to us putting liens on houses as he is just dragging this along.
