I had a absolutely great experience with this company on a couple different occasions now. Highly recommend. From estimate to finish was handled promptly and with great quality. Their selection is great as well. Seems they import top quality materials.
I can't say enough about this company! From the sales staff all the way too the installation crew, they were absolutely amazing! Super knowledgeable and very helpful. It's not often you find great customer service anymore. Christina and her team were on top of everything. This was the smoothest process through my whole build. I am so in love with my new kitchen! I highly recommend this company!
I also would leave a zero if I could. I contacted this business to have my kitchen granite cut for farmhouse sink installation. I was told a date that it could be done and I was told to make sure the sink was removed and cabinet cut so that they could cut the granite and install the sink. This required my husband to take a vacation day for installation. I called 1 week prior and I was told by front desk receptionist that it was confirmed. If I could give zero stars, I would. I came to this business to get countertops and a backsplash for my kitchen back in December. After picking out my material, I paid my 50% down. A person came in January to create a laser template. I was very specific with this man on how I wanted the veins to be, how I wanted the seams as tight and hidden as possible. I apologize you feel this way. I am the manager here at Affordable and talked with your dad several times as you were working and unable to be reached. All we could go by is the contract that you signed. Which was signed with the sink cut out that we brought. Once I pulled up the notes from the project, I could see that there was some back and forth about the faucet and the sink and could see how there could have been confusion from both parties. Visited there twice to look at their remnants after visiting many other fabricators where I had pleasant and helpful experiences. At Affordable QMG the rep was curt, abrupt and rude. Wouldn't ask anyone to separate the slabs so I could see what they were. She said no when I asked if she had a measuring tape that would enable me to see if there was enough slab material for my job. I am the manager at Affordable. This customer wanted granite or quartzite in her motor home we as a company will not do this in a motor home as it will crack. When we gave the customer this information she became irate and wanted what she wanted. we will not do this because we know there will be trouble later.
