They never answer their phone or reply to email. If you leave a voicemail they do not respond. If you go to their office during listed hours nobody is there. Our water heater broke in the middle of winter and they would not repair it until I got the city involved. We have had leaking plumbing for weeks and they have not gotten in contact with me in regards to repairing it. The building will get water damage, they don't care. The reason I gave one star is I cannot give no star. I certainly want to give zero star at all. The team is absolutely no help. The manager does not answer phone call, does not reply email, does not offer a cent help, though trying to dig money from you at every second. Do not go with this sh**t compa$y！

APM took over the management of our apartment building in March and we moved out in October (largely because multiple work orders went unacknowledged). I am currently trying to get my 2016 taxes in order and am experiencing great difficulty getting in touch with someone at APM to get rent receipts. I have left three voicemails and sent an email over the past three weeks. My husband has also emailed and left voicemails. I would not recommend APM to any Ottawa renter.
