Called and called about a property for a week. Left messages, no response. Finally called repeatedly until they answered the phone. Lady said they rented it two days ago. Did not seem to care about wasting all my time.
I have only been living in my unit for almost 8 months and I have to say, compared to other apartments I've lived in, APM has the quickest maintenance response. Right when I put in a maintenance request, I get a phone call or text within 24 hours. The only downside of living in a four-plex is hearing your neighbors on both sides of the walls which gets a little uncomfortable at times when they have guests or children running up and down the staircases since the walls aren't very thick.
