Have lived in one of their properties for three years. Best management we've ever had renting! Maintenance requests have always been handled so quickly. They are professional and so kind. We had our AC die on the weekend. When we left a voice message, I got a call back from an AC company who got a call from our property managers. On the weekend! Unheard of! I can't not recommend renting from this company (Cantwell and Affordable Property).
We appreciate the professional service and attention to our specific situation. Affordable Property Management worked with our needs. Found the right place and made everything from paying the rent to renter requests to putting in the 30 day notice very simple with no fuss online. We will definitely refer them to anyone who needs a home. Thank you for everything!
Called and called about a property for a week. Left messages, no response. Finally called repeatedly until they answered the phone. Lady said they rented it two days ago. Did not seem to care about wasting all my time.
