That absolute worst. They accepted a job from my warranty company. They were supposed to come out on a Saturday, so we canceled our plans and waited around all day and they never showed up. Then it was rescheduled for today, May 5th. I took a leave day to make sure this gets done. I called him at 7 am to validate if they were still coming out. I received a quote for $20k and I was told my only option was to rip out everything from the street to the basement and dig. The tech claimed that my main line needed to be replaced because it was clogged. It was a complete lie. The main line was not clogged and had never clogged the entire 15 years I've owned this property. I received a quote for $20k and I was told it was the only option. Rip it all out and replace it. It was a complete lie. I appreciate the time they took to come out and evaluate but it was all part of the sales process. Another company came out and quoted a $3k solution and completed the work the next day. I'm my experience Affordable plumbing & Sewer is not affordable and they were not completely honest about my options.
