Water Heater Expansion Tank had a small leak and slowly building up pool of water in drain catch. Came across it weeks after having water heater serviced/flushed. Called a friend who referred Affordable Plumbing, contacted owner, owner in CA, so he quickly set me up with another plumber that has worked with/for him (Kiwi Plumbing and Heating) and was out that next morning to install new equipment, restoring water to the house quickly. Thanks to all of you and your help.
Worsted service ever. I will never contact them again. I called him on a Friday for a project I had in my home and he said he couldn’t do it until Wednesday afternoon which was fine with me. Wednesday came and I texted him and called him and asked if it would be morning or afternoon and he said afternoon. That was the last I heard from him!! I called and I text to ask if he’s coming after it became 6 o’clock in the evening. Still got no answer. I have never gotten an answer to this day. Bad bad business service. Neve... read more
