They had done a pretty good job at taking time and money out of our pockets. Middle of winter had a furnace issue, they took 3 to 4 days to repair the furnace. On top of that they said an extra 50 and we will come back and fix the lines when the snow melts........ still waiting to this day for them to come back, or even give me my 50 back since hell they actually didn't do anything.
