I had a plumbing back up and called this company at the recommendation of another plumber who was unavailable. They came same day but charged me an emergency after hour fee because it was after 3:30. I was, of course, not informed of this. After hour emergency fee's usually don't apply until after 5...which meant $600 for about 2 hours of work. I strongly urge you to contact another company. Not cool "Affordable (?) Plumbing". Not cool!
