The technicians Jeremy and Matt were very professional and went above and beyond on my repair. Gave me a quote and stuck with it even though they had to do far more than originally thought.
Jeremy was great! He has been to our home a few times now for various issues and was wonderful each time. Always on time and willing to answer all my questions. Affordable Plumbing is reasonable dependable and personable. Definitely recommend!

I was having an issue with water staying in the bowl staying filled with jiggling the handle. I called out this company and upon arrival the technician told me I would eventually need a minor rebuild which would cost $189. I told him I would budget accordingly and call them back. He then stated for now replacing the flapper would solve my issue and that would be $45. After he left I tested the toilet and realized that now it was not filling at all. We had an issue with our disposal. We weren’t sure if it was fixed and they came out and checked our work. They communicated their arrival, their findings ,and then they did not charge us a trip fee!!! EXCELLENT customer service!!
We are a military family and still own a home in Kathleen that we rent out and we use Afforadable Plumbing Solutions whenever the house needs service. We had them out today for service and due to a miscommunication a repair was made prior to my knowledge and approval. Damaged my floor and baseboards on the house I just purchased. I pointed out the damage to the tech. I called the office to let them know and after a month of them going back and forth they claimed they did not cause the damage and won't do anything to fix it. They also did not return the last phone call I had to keep calling them.
