RecommendedI had no appointment but was seen in a timely matter. Everyone is super nice and courteous. Better to have an appointment, which I did for next time.
I tried to call in a donation to help these puppies who were ran over, and they don’t accept them?? Are you serious? Not to mention, the receptionist was very rude. I’m only trying to help. Have some heart.

Horrible treatment of animals
Leaving a suffering dog waiting to be euthanized lying on the floor for hours cz you dont feel its an "Emergency" is not OK

What a shame that y’all would let a poisoned dog suffer over two hrs in your lobby with the owner suffering seeing her baby suffer before being seen and euthanized . I thought vets were supposed to help those furrbabies .... this makes my heart hurt �
They let my family members dog suffer for hours and were told that "Dogs suffer and wait every day". If they would've helped our dog in a timely manner, she could've still been with us. They would rather fight and argue about their image being tarnished rather than help a poor canine in desperate need of medical attention
