Just had my 7 y.o. Bernese Mtn Dog's teeth cleaned at APC today (I had a quote from another vet office over one year ago, but it seemed exorbitant, so I didn't pursue). Luckily, she didn't require any extractions. But if she had, even this service is reasonable. The whole point is ... if it's affordable, then owners are more likely to get valuable veterinary care for their pets. If it costs an arm and a leg, then the pet likely won't get the care. We have had excellent care and compassion for our two cats shown to us at this clinic, and the prices are better by far than other vet clinics in a 25-mile radius.
We had a great first experience with APC! Our 15 month old Boston Terrier was recently spayed and we were very pleased with the amount of care they provided. From initial phone call to dropping her off to picking her up and her healing process! Everything was great and we'll definitely be back! My absolute favorite vet clinic ever. The entire staff is terrific and they keep their prices very affordable. I have and will continue to recommend this clinic to everyone that I can.
I don't notice any discrepancy in professionalism or quality of care that I have received from both Dr. Knigge and Dr. Ryan. Both are equally wonderful and caring doctors that were attentive to my needs and concerns about my dog. And I actually prefer the newly implemented 'by appointment' setting because the waiting time is significantly reduced. It is unfortunate that others have not had the same experience as I did, but I have nothing but positive things to say about this clinic.
