I was very disappointed with their service. I took in a little chihuahua that had a skin condition 2weeks ago poor baby has no hair that’s how it was given to me so took it to vet this Saturday was a 2 week follow up that didn’t happen because all they care about is about money try to get me to vaccinate him instead of doing the follow for skin condition then trying to charge me $65 again instead of normal price big mistake on their part so I will never be taking my pets their 😡😡

Your pet needed to see a doctor for a recheck but was scheduled for vaccinations. We apologize for that mishap. Furthermore, we could not vaccinate him since he was not well. One of the best clinics in San Antonio. You won't find a more caring staff, as all the ladies (and guys!) work hard to make you and your pet feel welcome. They are wonderful, generous and above all the most caring! ♡ They go above and beyond for thier clients and give love to every pet they see.

I have been bringing my dogs here for the last few years not because I was super impressed with the place but I like sticking with what is familiar and until recently haven’t had any big issues but recently had a terrible experience with their curbside service they’re offering and very disappointed with how I was treated as a customer
been taking my pug luna here for 2 years now and I wouldn't take her anywhere else same for my sisters pug huey my mom said she wouldn't want to take him anywhere but here, they do follow ups by calling you the next day to check up on them love this place and all the people their.
I wanna thank you guys for working with us and my dear titis. I know he didn’t make it but the fact that you cared really meant a lot. I hope the medicine we couldn’t give Titus helps the next family who can’t afford the help.

Very informative, very helpful, staff was very nice and respectful with no attitude. I recommend this place and it’s does not smell of animals, and will continue coming here. I have 3 other dogs that I will be bringing here for a visit. I brought my Cozette here as an emergency and they helped me quickly , I appreciate everything they did.
