We called several exterminators and received a few bids. All of them had contracts. The total amount with the contracts was higher than Joe’s rate. Affordable Pest Control didn’t try to sell me on a contract. His rates ARE AFFORDABLE!!! Not only do they have the best rates, Joe offered a couple pieces of professional advice on pests to help us in the meantime! That spoke volumes to us. They TRULY care!!!
