FRAUDULENT! They online said service included mice and cockroaches. Then the guy, Eugene, pulled a fast one on the contract and said it would be $150 more. Then I immediately cancelled with David, GM, and he said he would refund it and cancel the contract per Maryland law. They then woudln't refund and kept harassing me. If you want someone that really cares about your needs and what you want this is the place to call. Carey has always been very informative and patient when it comes to our monthly pest control. We had a really bad problem with ants and could not get rid of them. we used multiple different pest control services and none of them seemed to solve the problem. Affordable fixed our problem right away. We have no more ants and since we signed on for a monthly preventitive program we have not had any issues at all.
