This company is a waste of time, money, and headaches. They will take you to the cleaners in terms of pricing and their techs aren't even good. The guys taking out our insulation were nice, but they also flooded our attic by hitting a sprinkler line with a nail on the board they were using. They rescheduled our appointment without asking and have not replied back to many calls. They even scheduled an appointment to fix the water damage to our ceiling and then no-call no-showed. The Technician, Pernell was very good....He took his time and explained everything to me in terms that I would understand....I signed up that day He said someone would be back in 7 days - I ask if it would be him but unfortunately it wont be - Pernell said the other 2 techs are just as good as him - how humble!! Thank you affordable Pest & Thank you Pernell for outstanding service

I'm not complaining their service, but I'm totally unsatisfied with their charge system. They claimed the inspection is free, but you will be charged $300 initial service fee, and $125 for each coming service. It's too expensive. When I tried to cancel it. They said you have one year contract, you have to pay off. What the hack! Nobody told me about that when they gave me the contract. Now, I have to use their expansive (not affordable at all) services till the end of the contract.

I was a loyal customer with multiple properties but they became sloppy with their service. Recently, a tech came to a rental property and my assistant was there to let the technician in and he surveyed it. He gave me an estimate but didn't do any treatment. Later, I get a bill for a treatment when no treatment actually took place. My assistant was there and confirmed it. They are still pestering me about it and I have told them no treatment was done except an estimate.
