FRAUDULENT! They online said service included mice and cockroaches. Then the guy, Eugene, pulled a fast one on the contract and said it would be $150 more. Then I immediately cancelled with David, GM, and he said he would refund it and cancel the contract per Maryland law. They then woudln't refund and kept harassing me.
