Communication & Professionalism isnt the best. But the Head Dentist tries and gives effort.
The dentist here was polite but not gentle. He swiped my gums quickly and then started injecting the numbing agent all over before the topical had any chance to numb me. The dental assistant did not suction near enough to help me. There was actually 2 dental assistants and one just stood and watched the entire time. At one point I had to dig a good size of tooth out between my cheek and gums. The dentist didn’t seem to be happy about it and grabbed a wet paper towel to wipe my finger off. Had a great experience having some teeth removed, it went smoothly and seamlessly. Also, thank you to the great staff there at White Center Affordable Oral Surgery... and special kudos to Britney for getting me scheduled in for the upcoming dentures to come, your warm welcoming voice is calming to those that suffer from a bit of 'tooth fright'.
