What should have been a simple return and likely purchase of a replacement item turned into a three month ordeal where the tool responsible for this company decided to fabricate reasons to avoid taking his misrepresented product back. My Platinum swing gate opener malfunctioned and refused to work after 5 years. The main circuit board needed replacement. I checked around and found Affordable Openers has the circuit board in stock. I placed order online at 10am for local pickup. Chris called at 12:30pm saying that the circuit board was ready for pickup. By 2pm, I had the replacement circuit board in my hand.
