Super bad experience. They say that the lady who owns the land is going to want to eventually sell it. The lady who owns the land is rude, arrogant, and has NO plans on selling the land. Stephanie and her husband are well aware of that, but will still tell you she’s going to eventually sell the land to you. It’s all a scam.
