I'm not one to leave bad reviews but this is one that just didn't sit well with me. I had a really frustrating experience with this mobile boat mechanic and would not recommend using him. I explained my issue over the phone ahead of time (Atlas jack plate not going down), and we both agreed it was most likely a relay. He even told me he carries relays, but charges a 2-hour minimum for service calls. When he showed up, he did a “diagnosis” that confirmed exactly what we already discussed—a bad relay. Horrible communications. Came out 2x and then ghosted us. Set an appointment and no shoe no call. Go elsewhere.
Steve is a great guy. Very honest and fair pricing.
Steve is amazing! Came out to the house, quickly diagnosed the problem, and fixed it. Couldn’t recommend him more - will be calling you again soon for our routine boat servicing (and winterization).
