Easy to rent, staff friendly and helpful
Dona excellent customer service, always keeping the place clean
Donna was absolutely amazing to work with! She made the entire rental process quick, easy, and stress-free. She was friendly, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. It’s hard to find customer service like this these days. The facility is clean, secure, and well-maintained, and Donna made the experience even better. I highly recommend this CubeSmart location to anyone looking for storage. Thanks again, Donna!
Well maintained facility with a variety of services but the real star is the manager, Donna. As many other reviews have mentioned, she is friendly, professional, and goes the extra mile. She knows everyone by name, keeps the place spotless, and is always willing to help out. CubeSmart did themselves a huge favor by keeping her on when they bought the place. She is the reason customers come here and stay here.
