I’m not typically one to post negative reviews, but this one has been well deserved. Nova Insurance LLC charged an additional $200 over my husbands policy payment. Naturally he has called to get answers on this several times, I even tried to help by calling myself and nothing. Not the first time he’s had an issue either. Back in June he called several times to ask basic questions and in the off chance he actually get ahold of someone he dealt with agents who are rude and less than helpful (2/3 times).
