11 months ago we were given custody of our newborn granddaughter. She was born with kidney and bladder problems and we didn't know which way to turn her urologist gave me David's name to set up catheter supplies. David talked me thru what I would need and sent me samples to choose from. He put me at ease in a very stressful time. He has been very helpful with any issues we have had. Every need and change I have had on my son's supplies have been handled with professional care and extreme efficiency. I called David on Monday that I needed to change my son's catheter size. Less than 24 hours later, during Christmas, I had all of his supplies on my doorstep. I am very impressed. Thank you Affordable Medical and David for your fast response.
We just started using Affordable medical for my daughter the customer service has been amazing. From trying to figure out the best product to getting prescriptions from the doctors office they have been helpful every step of the way. I also love the ability to text as being on tye phone is difficult for me with my daughter or work so its a great option to have available and with quick responses back. The delivery arrives quickly. It has been a pleasure with this company.
I just recently had to change companies after an insurance mix up for my almost 5 year old son Blake. Affordable has been incredibly helpful since day one. They kept in touch with me constantly to let me know what's going on and made sure we were taken care of quickly. They are awesome. We moved from out of state and were running low on supplies, and I was getting frantic for my daughter. I had my supplies the very next day. They were so helpful and helped calmed this mom's nerves. I could not have sked for better company to use. They went above and beyond what was expected. Thank for helping me.
