Do not use this company. I bought a Tech West vacuum pump from the company and its owner Harold Polite on June 22, 2017 for $1,900. He told me there was a one year warranty. The pump broke down on Nov 28, 2017. I called Harold, he said no problem and it was still under warranty. Then Tech West refused to honor the warranty because it needed to be installed by an "authorized service company by Tech West", which Harold never informed me when he sold me the pump.
