Well, pulled up today because I had an appointment that I made a few weeks ago. Turns out there is a note on the door that it no longer exists and is moving to a new location under a different name/company. Cool
Great place friendly ladies on the front office nice owner went there for a coolant issue and they resolve right good and honest shop need to ck it out there no to many repair shops like that around 😀 👍
Eileen and Jay were incredible! I was met with very accommodating hospitality and I couldn’t believe how quickly they worked. The price was super fair and I will definitely be going back to them. Can’t recommend this place enough!
I had a battery issue come up right before the New Year holiday, but they still scheduled me ASAP. Turned out the issue was just a loose battery, which they promptly fixed, free of charge. Many places would still have tried to sell me other services, but these guys just gave me honest help. My husband and I will definitely be back for future auto needs.
Used to like this shop. After a recent visit they've definitely raised their labor rates. Also I understand someone being new, but the girl at the front desk called to get my authorization on work and misquoted it by about $500 and it wasn't ready until the day after she said. There was no apology for the glaring mistakes or waste of my time, maybe keep an eye on your clearly new employees until they're competent.
