wanted to give Sharon a long overdue shout out... brought a mortise lock to her and she took it apart and fixed all up but the key was not very smooth. I told her I can take a new lock and she didn't even charge me for fixing the old lock. she was able to cut a couple keys really quickly and was so professional and patient
