Unprofessional service!
wanted to give Sharon a long overdue shout out... brought a mortise lock to her and she took it apart and fixed all up but the key was not very smooth. I told her I can take a new lock and she didn't even charge me for fixing the old lock. she was able to cut a couple keys really quickly and was so professional and patient

My parents have a set of apartment keys that were impossible to copy. I had it copied 3 different times at different places (Home Depot's Minute Key, Home Depot's manual key cut, and some small shop's key cutting) and none of those keys worked.
