I spoke with Mike this afternoon and he fixed what the other gentleman did not want to touch. Mike was a pleasure to do business with. He knew what to do and fixed my problem with in about 10 minutes. He even gave me credit for the new remote and new key that I was forced to purchase from the other guy. Last guy kept me waiting about 45 minutes and still was not available to fix it. He even charged me for a new remote and a new key that I did not kneed. Before coming here today, we went to a big box store to try to get a duplicate car key for an '02 Ford Thunderbird. After 2 hours of waiting, they were not able to duplicate the car key because they couldn't seem to program the chip. Drove past this place and met Mike, who duplicated the car key in less than 10 min (chip and all) for $20 less than Ace Hardware. Going to Mike for the rest of my life.
