Do not recommend whatsoever. The fake niceness doesn't cut it. No answer or resolution. Had multiple issues. Able to take "notes", but otherwise dismissive. Did not listen, and wanted to repeat about the property manager instead like a broken record. Been ongoing and dragging their feet. Their workers rush and caused unnecessary damage.

Save yourself the headache and chose a different company. You will have to babysit these guys the whole way. Expect weeds, gates left open, broken sprinklers, and empty promises. They spend less than 10 minutes on property. I was doing just as much work picking up their slack than when I did my own lawn maintenance outside of mowing the lawn. Can I leave ZERO stars? This company sliced the wire to the dripper system with their electric hedge trimmers. When the bushes started dying, they dropped us as a "client" and have refused to fix the wire. Now, I have to fork out money to fix what they broke. I will be contacting small claims court for this.
