This Company is a mess ! Continually sending out crews that cannot stick to or follow contractual agreements and guidelines. Numerous phone calls and conversations made to project manager )Alex) over months who deflects and cannot accept responsibility and complains about the simple responsibilities THEY AGREED to in the contract. Multiple excuses for crews terrible performance . IE: leave huge clumps of grass and debris, blow it on on driveway, in gutters, porches and back on lawn . We all live in and HOA and decided to give this company a try . Actually met with the project manager a number of times to go over expectations that were spelled out in contract. This company is absolutely NOT to be trusted. Completely unreliable, unprofessional ,lies about things they said they’ve done and fails to do smallest things written in their contract. With all the yard and landscaping companies available - this ranks at the bottom of the list .
