Needed some battery replacements for some watches. Called at 1 to see if they could help and I went in and checked out by 2. Very helpful and quick service.
I've gone here several times and have always had a great experience. They tell you upfront the cost (which is very good) and what they can and can't do when resizing or fixing rings. The ladies are super friendly and do a fantastic job.
You guys, I don't really write reviews that often anymore but this place really reminded me what a great local business customer service was. I went to get a watch battery installed and they told me it'd take 15 minutes (because they were a little backed up). When I got back it took a total of ... gasp ... 20 minutes.
