They did a horrible job and have not schedule a time to come back and fix / finish the horrible work they did. This is what they left my house looking like - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
I had an appointment for Thursday with Jason but he no called, no showed. Really disappointed, and I don't give second chances to contractors who can't keep their word.

The quality of work is below par and customer service is beyond belief.
Called for an estimate and was scheduled me 26 Dec. I was told the person that was to do the estimate would bring samples. He had every excuse in the world for why he showed up unprepared with no samples not to mention late. So an estimate just became some guy wandering through my house taking measurements. When asked about samples excuses were levied then I was told to drive 42 miles one way to see samples in Federal Way. At the end of this I did not get an estimate. Buyers beware! I would not recommend this company.... set up window for template and waited for 3 hrs at the house until finally a call for a reschedule. Install date showed up 3 hours past the window. They didn’t even call to say they would be late or sorry. Then they didn’t even supply the dishwasher strap to fasten it down. Monica oh she’s a real peach she tells me they usually supply the strap then in the next breathe says I wasn’t charged for it in the estimate 99.00. Few details about your project, you wanted to get template and install done as soon as possible and we did tell you that we can try to fit you into our current schedule but didnt guarantee day or exact time due to other commitments with our other customers that did schedule in advanced. We give our customers a window of arrival time because of traffic, unforeseen time on prior install or template that window is 4 hours. I cannot recommend this company, after working on an estimate, and trying to get them to set up an approximate time to do the work I never received the estimate and my calls were ignored because I guess they decided they didn’t want to do the job instead of just telling me. Highly unprofessional. Cody is not an asset to this company with this kind of attitude and lack of professionalism....
