Guy came out to look at giving me a quote to vent a garage heater. To be honest I didn't get a good feeling that the guy knew how to do this work. He kept referring to the manual for answers. He told me when he left that I should have a quote on Friday. Well Friday came and went so I thought surely on Monday. This is Tuesday and I have tet to get anything from this contractor. A thorough inspection of the unit was completed,revealing that it was over 20 years old. A detailed quote for a complete system replacement was prepared within 24 hours. The change-out was completed promptly, and the staff was courteous and highly efficient throughout the process
Don't usually bother with reviews, but when a company goes above & beyond, I have to respond. Many thanks to Brad Myers of Affordable HVAC. We bought a foreclosure & had Brad troubleshot our 20 year old unit. He made all necessary repairs & gave honest recommendations. No B.S., No hard sales pitch for new unit, just straight up service. I am speaking for my parents that are elderly. We have purchased 2 units now from Affordable. Customer service is not what it use to be Mr Steve Finnel would have done better. Brad your service tech should have a talking to about how you speak to women. If I'm not mistaken the CUSTOMER does pay his salary. Anyway, you lost a long time 18 yr customer for lack of service, elderly customer on oxygen, and numerous service trips here without fixing the real problem.
