STAY AWAY FROM BUILDINGS! They do not care about tenants safety or environment! Dirty building that has not been painted in possibly a DECADE! If you move in to an apt in 2020 rest assured you are paying the highest rent in that building and management and live in super do the bare minimum to at least keep the building clean and SAFE!
Not a good area and place to live, too many crazy and mentally ill people living in this building along with the roaches and other rodents, management is also bad since they do very little to help you or solve any problem in the building. My advice stay away and look for a better place.
