have used for over a year, every 4 wks. came home to items broken, unsatisfactory level of cleaning. they advise that they will "remove all muck and mire" which is not true. they can't seem to remember where to put things back (have found furniture stacked on top of other furniture, rugs tossed in the wrong spots, etc). feel like they move as quickly as possible to get through w/o attention to detail. will be cancelling their services very soon. trying to find replacement. very dissappointing given their high cost.
