Casas baratas literal!!! En menos de 3 meses de vivir en mi casa nueva, se quebro la tina de bano y la garantia famosa 2/10 no cubre. Cheap houses literally!!! In less then 3 months of living in my new house, bathtub cracked open, and the famous 2/10 warranty does not cover.
A few years ago my husband and I tried to get a home from them but to be frank they truly are not affordable. The first few interactions were nice and courteous by the females. Once a male entered the conversation they tried belittling me and I was doing all of the interactions. As we neared to sign the papers to start we were told a house payment that was no where near affordable. When we told the guy we would have to think about it he told us we only had a week.
