Tried to push the blame onto myself after they repeatedly helped me with faxing paperwork and then one day they miss the deadline that i told them a week ahead of time. If you never wanted the blame then maybe you shouldn't have offered to fax paperwork to begin with. On top of that, they are incredibly rude people. That don't care about helping you at all. They're greedy humans that only care about what's in it for them.
It’s a scam. They transfer you to a credit rebuilding agency and try to charge you $120 a month. The only reason I gave it two stars was because the lady on the phone was very nice before she tried to sign me up and take my money
Spoke to one lady seemed like she wasn’t going to steal my identity but not sure. Move wisely
