I started renting the property that I am at back in January (10 months ago) and the company that was managing this property was bought out or changed names… I’m unsure which. A month later we’re notified that this property will be moving to AHR November 1st. A week ago I had an emergency that put me into full blown panic. Stay far away from Erika!!! She is the most unprofessional and rude individual I have ever met in my 10 year real estate career. A little back story on my experience with her. We were stationed at Luke AFB and living in Surprise Arizona, our good friends had a home here and rented it to another good mutual friend who was stationed here for a little over 2 years while. I Do not recommend this property management company at all horrible service!!! Erika is super unprofessional and cussed at me during our conversation, I know of 35 people who used her service and canceled within the first month ! We will all be leaving reviews DO NOT USE HER
Thank you for making our move a very enjoyable experience. Erica Robertson was very knowable and friendly and directed us in finding a place we can call home.
