This company is a SCAM. We purchased a home in August of 2012 that had a 'premium' home warranty with AHPS for 13 months (covering all utilities and appliances until september of 2013). Our air conditioner unit broke in May of 2013. We had someone from Stan's come out and do an extensive leak test, discovering that there was a leak in the coil which would cost $2100 to repair. I agree with Sally. I am a contractor and this company has ripped us off also. Your right he will find a way to deny coverage. They do not have ethics and we are trying our best to tell people about them. Bruce Craig and Jen his wife are in the business of stealing from customers and contractors. They are involved in law suits i have emails to prove that. Don't waste your money this company will not be around long. They are on the way out.

AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE! They have ZERO ethics and multiple lawsuits, complaints, etc.and RIGHTFULLY SO! I had their warranty and additional warranty to cover a pool. The owner, Bruce Craig, decides on a whim whether or not to cover items and strategically sends emails, phone calls and the like to lead you on to think he is "on it" and in an annoyingly slow voice tells you he wants you satisfied.
