I have been a realtor in Jacksonville, Florida for over 15 years and can’t recommend a better inspection company than AHI! Lawrence and his team are very professional, quite thorough, and willing to go above and beyond to make sure my customers understand and feel comfortable with the property they are buying. Leaving this review a little over a year since our inspection. Cannot recommend Lawrence enough! Very thorough and truly looks out for his customers best interest. Did a great job for us, and will recommend him to anyone and will not hesitate to use him again if we purchase another home.
0 stars. They did not do good for us. Lawrence knew that the house we were buying has a septic and didn't tell us. He said literally (we do not inspect septic) i said, (but we don't have septic as the listing said) he replied (okay) but he knew that the house has septic and didn't advise us that. Not good Lawrence not good. What to say now.... it's all done and Jax Freedom stole our investment in that house and you helped them. Thank you!
