As a Real Estate professional it is difficult to recommend vendors to buyers. Affordable Home Inspections is the exception to this rule. Affordable Home Inspections is just that, affordable. On top of that, the quality of inspection is bar none the best. They have my / our customers best interest in mind. On a few occasions, AHI has recommended my buyers not buy a home in poor condition. I had met Lawrence and his wife previously, and knew I wanted them to inspect my home. The two of them are the nicest people to deal with. I was impressed with their thoroughness. They found things we never saw, and were picky. . I believe they could find fly feces in black pepper. They are very picky and attentive to the smallest detail, which is what you want as a homeowner. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

They are the only home inspector that I use. I work for a roofing company and when we’re done, the homeowner needs either a Wind Mitigation report or a four-point inspection for their insurance to get there insurance payment reduced and Lawrence does an incredible job and all my homeowners love him. I will never use anybody else.
