VERY affordable and very knowledgeable. He spent over 3 hours on site and crawled into every crevice, then walked the entire home with me and gave many recommendations. I'm very satisfied with the service and I will definitely call them again.

Affordable Inspections is affordable but just as importantly is professional, experienced, licensed & insured. There are so many fly by night companies in Florida you need to hire professionals not just the most affordable. Mike & Mario were on time (another rarity in FL) and went over every item I had questions about. We are commercial developers recommend them & used their services for our private home as well.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I paid Steve Whalen for a 4-point inspection and said the heat was in good condition. We move in and the heat does not work. I have email trail where I asked him and he said "I did turn it on. I always do. It may be something small." Then I called heating company and it was found that the power was not connected to the heater. Then Steve changed his story saying "In the summer a heat pump should not be turned on if the temperature is above 65 degrees" meaning he really did not test it. The kicker - m... read more

I once had a tenant complaining of inside air quality, they were concerned about any presence of mold causing a issue with their child's breathing.
