This company performed my pre purchase home inspection. The report included each individual appliance in the kitchen and were reported "in good working order". Upon move in, neither the refrigerator or dishwasher worked. Paid for a repairman to tell me that neither could have been working during the inspection or for quite some time prior. We have also found other things that were not in the condition reported by the inspector.
