These people are a joke!!! I was a first time customer and so was my sister, we went in to buy brand new king size mattress sets and was told we would be getting brand new mattresses . When the mattresses were delivered they were used mattresses and when I say used I mean used !!! I mean they had cuts all in the mattress the whole side of the mattress was cut you could see inside of the bed stains all over the beds !! I’m glad to hear a lot of yall at least had the decency from then to come to your house… I bought from them a used bedroom set, as soon as I got it they broke the headboard in my driveway and I was told they would order me a new one, I waited for a week then got mad and called… I was then told they couldn’t order it the item was discontinued so I asked for the old broken one and a discount which I got but never received the headboard I have called and went in at least 6 times and haven’t heard from them since I called saying... read more
They are so rude, i was late on a 1 month payment and they decided that they were going to take away the couch. I’ve been paying for almost a year, they don’t work with you and threaten you .
Oh nothing account manager Stephon came harassing me at my job saying this wasn’t the last time I was going to see his face I asked him to leave and he remained on my job property arguing with me which is on video
Customer service horrible they don’t like to work lie on the contract then treating it’s not your fault you can’t pay your bill can’t be month behind you do better going to conns get better Quality and don’t have to worry about them blowing your phone up and knocking at your door
