They deserve the 5 stars! Had a furnace die in new house and they were honest, fast and reasonable. Nate was genuinely excited about furnaces and his enthusiasm and honest feedback had me quote a replacement furnace with Harold. Way cheaper than expected. Jason and Junior did the install the next day ahead of guests arriving. The job was quick and the result tidy. Jason even straightened an unrelated flue just because it looked odd to him. Affordable Heating and Cooling replaced my HVAC system. Everyone I had interaction with from the owner, to the office staff and technicians were professional and knowledgeable. They went out of their way to ensure I understood the products being recommended in the bid, what was required during the installation and explained the setup of the furnace to ensure I had all my questions answered.
Called them because we were having a furnace issue, they were able to get someone scheduled quickly to diagnose the issue and resolve the matter. Tony and Nate were very professional and explained everything thoroughly. Nate came back a month or two later for the furnace cleaning service and remembered everything we discussed prior and presented an update on their thoughts about our system. Great local company, very responsive.
